Ingredients:
Grouper Leeks Garlic Onion Rice Wine Vinegar Sesame Oil Kikoman Oyster Sauce Salt & Pepper Butter Water

Clean fish and score on the sides Chop leeks to julienne (small strips) Chop garlic Chop onions Season fish with salt and pepper, stuff it with garlic and onions Steaming liquid can vary from plain water to rice wine vinegar with leeks and the stuffing so it's up to you 
Lightly butter down or brush oil on steamer surface, Fire it up Place fish on steamer, place leeks on top of the fish and cover
Remove fish when cooked, remove the steamer from the stove (assuming you used a stove top steamer)
Get a laddle or a side basting spoon, pour the sesame oil, a lil butter, kikoman, and oyster sauce flambe (burn it baby ) Pour on top of your catch.

and yes you can actually add whatever liquor you have for this for more flavor 
but placing the laddle on top of high heat will burn the oil and engulf your house with mouth watering aroma
